JOB DESCRIPTION
The Customer Service Associate position is to support the Operations Manager and management team in ensuring the day-to-day retail operations are operating smoothly, accurately, and efficiently. This role is to contribute to building a strong company brand, through high quality customer service and promoting all service lines offered to both new and existing B2B/B2C customers. This role is expected to practice efficiency with all daily work duties with attention to detail and accuracy in an effort to reduce company financial loss and prevent impacts on company reputation. Efforts are also to be made to adhere to all company policies and procedures and to help foster a strong work culture.
